FasTrack ComponentSuite

After years of experience in EMS and NMS development, our in-house experts have arrived at an all Java, component-based architecture for NEMS (Network/Element Management System) that supports the full FCAPS functionality and the redundant configuration, if requested, for additional reliability.

You can order the complete QCOM ComponentSuite or any of the individual components separately and use them as building blocks for your Management System, be it an EMS, NMS or even a CIT.

The NEMS ComponentSuite consists of:
NEMS Core
The NEMS Core is a set of components through which the FCAPS functions are provided. These components include the Management System Configurator, the Subnet Component, the Fault/Event Component and the Performance Management Component. Both RMI-based and EJB based versions are available.
TMF 814 Agent Component
The TMF 814 Agent component is a highly customizable component to be integrated into an existing EMS that needs to support this interface to a Network Management System. TMF 814 Agent is also available for a NMS for it's south bound interface to an EMS.
TL1 Manager Component
The TL1 Manager component is used to provide interface to TL1 based network elements. It includes a TL1 Message Parser, TL1 Code Generator, and a TL1 Communication Manager Java Bean. To jump start the Manager development, the entire Telecordia GR-833 message specification is included along with the generated Java classes. The TL1 Manager is available as a complete Manager Toolkit including the TL1 NE Network Simulator which can be used to test the TL1 Manager.

SNMP Manager Component
The SNMP Manager Component provides configurable and customizable SNMP interface to Routers and Network element for support of Configuration, Fault/Trap and Performance Management functions.
WYSIWYG Shelf View from FasTrack Conductor
Our FasTrack Conductor tool has a built in Chassis Builder which allows a user to construct his equipment shelf view using host of standard icons and images available in its library. You can also import your own images. Once the shelf view is ready the tool automatically generates Java code for displaying the constructed view as well as for integration of the same with the back end server. FasTrack Conductor also comes with a well documented API which can be used by your server code to simulate circuit pack insertion / deletion or to flash the LED's in the desired color and frequency.
Database Configurator
In addition to Chassis Builder, the Management System version of FasTrack Conductor also comes with a Database Configurator. Using this feature, given any Java class, you can generate JDBC compatible SQL routines for database table creation / deletion as well as stored procedures for all the objects in the specified class. The Configurator can also take a complete Jar file as input and process all the Java classes contained therein accordingly, thereby eliminating all effort in writing any SQL routines or stored procedures.
