We are providing the following simulators or test tools for EMS or NMS testing. Note that those tools are all Java-based so that they can run on Windows and UNIX machines. They have been used by our in-house developers and testers to perform quality assurance on FasTrack projects, as well as by some of our customers who want to achieve high quality on their projects.
TAS: TMF 814 Agent Simulator (EMS Simulator)
This tool simulates the EMS (or Agent) side of the TMF 814 CORBA interface. The simulator allows the user to create the various interface objects and specify their attribute values. All of the 9 Managers are implemented. Hooks are provided to allow overriding the default operation implementations It supports both a GUI and command-line interface. Scripts are also supported using the Tcl language.

TMS: TMF 814 Manager Simulator (NMS Simulator)
This tool simulates the NMS (or Manager) side of the TMF 814 CORBA interface. The GUI provides a user friendly view of the object hierarchy and allows the invocation of all operations of the 9 Managers. In addition, Tcl scripting is supported to allow automated testing to be performed.

TL1 NE Network Simulator
This tool simulates the Transaction Language 1 (TL1) interface of a Network Element. The simulator provides a generic TL1 simulator which can be customized by the user to simulate the behavior and functionality specific to the TL1 Message set(s) of your NE(s). The simulator can simulate both multiple NEs and multiple NE types. The user interface is either a user-friendly GUI or command-line and includes a powerful built-in scripting language, Tool Command Language (Tcl).
